Topic: Monstra 2.2.0 Problem

First, I want to say to thanks to Monstra developers for their wonderful CMS (Monstra).
Several days ago I've tried to install Monstra 2.2.0 on free web hosting but there was a problem, Monstra showing "Aww snap blah blah blah" so I change the environment to Development mode and this is the screenhot:

Previous version (2.1.3) works perfectly, not showing any problem.
Please help me to fix this so I can upgrade to 2.2.0 or maybe the developers have to fix Monstra for next release.
For safety reason, I'll stick with Monstra 2.1.3.

This is Hosting Provider issue, try to contact them

I can't install 2.2.0 either. install.php generated the following error log:

What exactly should we be asking about if this is a shared host provider issue?

Hi Awilum, finally I solved it by removing some configurations on my .htaccess file about PHP error logging.
But new "thing" showed up when i try to upload a file, here is the picture:
