very nice plugin! I have some small problems with it here.. there are no icons on editor.. (not even in plugin folder it self.. heh)
i am using latest monstra and latest updated plugin (yours) and ff latest release in linux.. perhaps it helps but its not showing in mac pc as well

maybe you do not have icons.

Done something weird with my blocks layout 
Cutted some opening tags and added unwanted divs.
Only applies to plain text if you copy and paste text width divs, you get errors

There is typo for {cut} shortcode in editor - should be {cut} instead of { cut } (without spaces).
