Topic: Blog images

Hi,

Is there any way to show blog posts in blog section as images, and when i click on it, I will be redirected to whole post?

I am not able to do it using my own template...

Thanks

Re: Blog images

Yes, if you edit your blog template file and add this tag on your links, dont forget also to starting your blog with a image you uploaded.

If you check your Blog Plugin you will find a example

My blog post starts here and i can place here a image

{cut}

After the image and the {cut} tag i place my text

Re: Blog images

Can I change function Blog::getPosts()? I found anythink in your post, but when i change block.view.php no change hmm

Re: Blog images

@raipergm34

You should not change the plugin itself you have to make your changes on the template, so you have to go at: blog.template.php for example.

Re: Blog images

I solved it editing index view in plugin file... slug does not work in templates for me...

Re: Blog images

Yes,
Please understand that Monstra when you use plugins, you need to edit the index.view CORE files!
Any theme changes should be made on the css and theme files, but design only, functions are made in plugin folder!
