Topic: disable minify *.css files

Hi! How to disable minify css by default  (at least at theme development stage)?
Inspector points to http://tralala/tmp/minify/frontend_site.minify.css instead of theme bootstrap.css.
Minify function is not in theme files and i do not want to edit core.

+1 Can't find dev-mode without minify css
