How can i add custom field to admin panel, to add  custom titles for posts,pages and main page?

No i need to make custom title for every post at site for example:
Site name "Buy auto"
Post name "How can i order a car"
I need title to be
How can i order a car. Where to order a new car. Buy auto.
Do i need to make a snipet for every post?
Can i some how make a custom field in post entry to add custom title while i edit a post?
