Updates and Fixes in Monstra 2.4.0 Release Candidate:

- Gelato: Minify CSS bug fixes
- Localization: Major Fixes
- Menu Manager: broken js fixed
- Admin: login page fixes
Known Issues:
- Tablet and Smartphones support is better in Monstra 2.4.0 Release Candidate but still we have work to do.
- There is no possibility to update old Mostra to new Monstra 2.4.0. We will think on this issue.
